I found a decryption script online, but it was intended for much older versions, below 8903 (released April 6th, 2020) , while I needed a solution for version 9858 (released March 7th, 2024) . Unsurprisingly, the script didn't work for me, but it gave me a basic understanding of how encryption works in Passwordstate. I also read that they had updated their encryption and patched secret known vulnerabilities.
