For omnichannel use cases , create a campaign with the Sales objective and select Website and in-store or Website, app and in-store as your conversion location to track and optimize conversions across digital and physical channels. Note: Not all conversion locations require conversion events. For example, if you create a messages & engagement campaign and choose Messaging apps as your conversion location, there is no conversion event required.
